Young Talent Communication & Event Specialist

We are looking for a Young Talent Communication & Event Specialist to join the team of anbean! anbean is a dynamic employer brand and youth communication agency. We create innovative experiences that connect brands with young audiences. Our team values creativity and data-driven strategies.

anbean now has more than 280.000 users and currently working with the leading companies such as Akbank, Aselsan, BSH, DenizBank, Garanti BBVA, GSK, Mercedes Benz Türk, Nestle, Türkiye İş Bankası.

Your role will involve:

• Organize online and offline events, summits, and meet-ups
• Communicate with the applicants’ of events and the platform users
• Communicate with HR teams of our clients
• Managing partnerships with different organizations and student clubs
• Handle event management process in venues at offline events
• Coordinate the communication plans using various channels

What we’re looking for:

• Graduated from a university
• 2 - 5 years of experience
• Excellent communication abilities towards our clients and candidates
• Curiosity on event management (previous event management experience is a huge plus)
• Eager to work in Start-up environment
• Previous organizational experience from university student clubs
