Senior Young Talent Communication & Events Specialist

As we celebrate our 10th year, we are looking for a Senior Young Talent Communication & Events Specialist who will help shape anbean’s youth communication strategy and co-manage the annual youth communication and campus strategies of our global and local business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end youth talent communication processes for our global and local business partners
• Plan and execute events, programs, and communication projects targeting university students
• Contribute to campus communication and youth talent strategies of our partners
• Bring insights into projects by closely following youth expectations, motivations, and trends
• Ensure strong coordination between clients, internal teams, student communities, and solution partners
• Take ownership of event planning, operations, and on-site execution
• Track project timelines, budgets, and operational workflows in a structured manner
• Develop creative ideas and new project concepts in the youth communication space
• Collaborate with junior team members to strengthen team communication and workflows
• Manage presentation, reporting, and project evaluation processes
• Take an active role in events, on campus, and in the field when needed
• Reflect anbean’s authentic, dynamic, and trust-based communication style in all projects

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in event management, project management, or client management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• High sense of ownership and strong follow-up discipline
• Strong understanding of youth culture, social media, and campus dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in presentation preparation and meeting facilitation
• Team-oriented mindset with prior team management experience
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced event environment and on-site operations
• A continuous improvement mindset: “How can we do this better?”
• Ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic working hours
• Preferably an active driver
• Availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week
