We are looking for a Jr. Digital Project Specialist to join the team of anbean!

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content for the website, e-mail campaigns, and other digital channels
- Manage, measure, and optimize digital campaigns for user acquisition, conversion (application, sales, etc.), and awareness
- Manage and optimize our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and SEO optimized
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Monitoring and reporting weekly & monthly digital communication
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Experience in data analysis and management
- Excellent usage of the MS Office program
- At least one hands-on experience in performance marketing channels such as Facebook (Meta) Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads
- Have strong analytical thinking skills and a result-oriented working habit
- Ability to follow marketing trends and implement innovations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Plus:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic search rankings
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics to improve site performance
- Experience in CRM Campaign Management, SEO, and performance marketing
