Digital Projects and Products Specialist

anbean now has more than 280.000 users and currently working with the leading companies such as Akbank, Aselsan, BSH, DenizBank, Garanti BBVA, GSK, Mercedes Benz Türk, Nestle, Türkiye İş Bankası..

Your role will involve:

• Understand and identify user needs and problems in depth,
• Launch new features and test their performance and iterate,
• Work collaboratively with Software Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Sales, Account Management and other crossfunctional teams to achieve product OKRs.
• Working 3rd party vendors for improving SEO & Content Marketing Strategy,
• Handling Digital Marketing Campaigns, Google Analytics & Data Studio Reporting,
• Creating business strategies to increase user engagement,
• Build the product roadmap and vision by relating user needs and company strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor Degree in related fields, preferably Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
• Eager to work in digital start-up environment,
• Internship or maximum 1 years of experience in a digital project management/product management/digital marketing role is a plus,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Turkish.
