As we step into our 10th year, we are looking for a Community Management Specialist who will work closely with us to expand and strengthen anbean’s network of university students and young communities, and build direct connections with student clubs, campuses, and young audiences.

In this role, we are looking for a teammate who will grow and nurture anbean’s youth network, strengthen engagement, and build a strong “anbean community” perception among university students and student clubs across Türkiye.


Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with university students, student clubs, and youth communities across Türkiye
  • Develop new connections to expand anbean’s young talent network
  • Maintain regular communication with student clubs and build sustainable partnerships
  • Closely follow youth trends, needs, expectations, and campus dynamics
  • Increase participation of student communities in anbean’s events, programs, and projects
  • Design activations that strengthen engagement and a sense of belonging within the community
  • Set up and manage structures such as university ambassadors, volunteers, or community representatives
  • Collect and share youth insights with the team to support project development
  • Manage community communication channels (WhatsApp, email, Slack, etc.) in a structured and consistent way
  • Create a fast, warm, solution-oriented, and trust-based communication experience
  • Take an active role in fieldwork, events, and campus activities when needed
  • Track and report community data regularly and contribute to anbean Campus insights


Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for working with university students and young people
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to build trust and connect with people quickly
  • High sense of ownership and strong follow-up discipline
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong interest in social media and youth culture
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Curiosity about how to keep a community active and engaged
  • Preferably experience in student clubs, volunteer organizations, event teams, or community management
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced event environment
  • Strong attention to tracking and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic presentation tools
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic working hours
  • Preferably an active driver
  • Availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week
