Sales & Business Development Specialist

We have more than 300.000+ users and currently working with leading companies such as Akbank, Aselsan, AXA, Deloitte, Garanti BBVA, GSK, İş Bankası, Nestle, Trendyol, TUSAŞ, Vodafone… At anbean, as we enter our 9th year, we have worked with over 300 national/global companies.
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales & Business Development Specialist to join anbean. This role will be crucial in our sales efforts. You will drive our company's success and growth by working with great sales leaders.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Identify and target potential clients by analyzing their needs, and develop tailored sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, serving as the main point of contact for all sales-related matters.
Lead Generation & Deal Closing: Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and successfully close deals to exceed sales targets.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with market trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to position anbean and anbeankampus.co as a market leader.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with account management and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with client expectations.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, forecasts, and valuable market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development role.
- 1-3 years of professional experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to work in start-up environment
