Creative Leader

We are looking for a Creative Leader to join the team of anbean! anbean is a dynamic employer brand and youth communication agency. We create innovative experiences that connect brands with young audiences. Our team values creativity and data-driven strategies.

anbean now has more than 280.000 users and currently working with the leading companies such as Akbank, Aselsan, BSH, DenizBank, Garanti BBVA, GSK, Mercedes Benz Türk, Nestle, Türkiye İş Bankası.

What we expect?

• Accurately interpret briefs and turn them into strong, original creative ideas
• Write project texts and build concepts by combining narrative, idea, and aesthetics
• Guide designers and the creative team with a clear creative direction
• Maintain a high standard of presentation quality, idea depth, and storytelling
• Enjoy mentoring young creatives and creating a safe, supportive team environment
• Act as a key contributor to anbean’s 10th-year content and creative vision

Must-haves for this role

• At least 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency
• Experience in team leadership (working with designers and creative teams)
• A strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability
• Excellent writing skills (concepts, copy, presentations)
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of youth culture, language, and trends
• Strong communication skills, calm leadership style, and team-oriented mindset
