Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities
• Support the development of new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships
• Research and identify potential partners, brands, and organizations aligned with anbean’s growth strategy
• Coordinate outreach activities, introductory meetings, and partnership follow-ups
• Support proposal, presentation, and pitch preparation processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners
• Manage end-to-end event and project processes for assigned clients, focusing on youth audiences
• Coordinate project timelines, participant journeys, communication flows, and operational processes
• Take an active role in online and offline event operations when needed
• Monitor youth trends, employer branding practices, and market developments to identify new opportunities
• Contribute to new project ideas, partnership models, and creative growth initiatives
• Support CRM, reporting, and business development tracking processes
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, event management, project management or client management
• Interest in business development, partnerships, networking, and relationship management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• Quick thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
• High sense of ownership and strong follow-up discipline
• Good understanding of youth culture, social media, and campus dynamics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in preparing presentations, proposals, and managing meetings
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and on-site operations
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement: “How can we do this better?”
• Ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic working hours
• Preferably an active driver
• Availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week
