Responsibilities

• Manage anbean’s Instagram, LinkedIn, and Spotify accounts end-to-end, adapting content to each platform’s unique dynamics and audience.
• Develop and execute original, creative content ideas that reflect our brand identity, going beyond routine social media posting.
• Write engaging, authentic, and creative copy tailored to the tone and purpose of each piece of content.
• Provide clear creative briefs to the design team, ensuring visual consistency and maintaining anbean’s content quality standards.
• Prepare regular content and performance reports, analyze key metrics, and propose strategic improvements based on data insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging content formats, conducting comparative analyses and identifying opportunities to differentiate anbean.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team, client team, and brand partners, ensuring smooth communication, strong ownership, and timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform dynamics, and algorithm updates, with a genuine passion for staying up to date.
• A strong visual eye with attention to aesthetics and the ability to recognize high-quality content.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external brands.
• Sufficient English proficiency to follow global trends, industry developments, and international content best practices.
