To join us as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or commercial roles; audit background is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis
- Strong ability to interpret data and provide clear insights
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
- Advanced Excel skills; Google Sheets is a plus
You will:
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations
- Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance
- Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decision-making
- Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure business alignment
- Assist in audit-related data collection and documentation processes
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, payment service providers, and external financial partners
