About the Role

We built the category, and now we are looking for a sharp, agile, and energetic Marcom Specialist to join our marketing team. You will play an active role in executing 360° marketing campaigns and coordinating social media, PR initiatives, and production workflows in collaboration with the marketing team and external agencies. You will help bring our marketing initiatives to life with speed, precision, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing communications, brand management, or campaign marketing (preferably in tech, mobile apps, or fast-paced consumer-facing industries).
• Campaign Management: Experience coordinating 360° marketing campaigns spanning ATL, BTL, digital, social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
• Agency & Brief Management: Experience working with creative, media, and PR agencies, including briefing, coordinating deliverables, and following up on projects.
• Marketing Communications Knowledge: Good understanding of brand communication, digital marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and event/sponsorship activities.
• Tech & AI Experience: Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment and following digital trends, with practical experience using AI tools in creative/marketing processes.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to follow global marketing trends and communicate effectively across teams.

What You'll Do

• 360° Campaign Execution: Play an active role in coordinating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels.
• Agency & Partner Management: Act as the daily contact point for creative, media buying, PR, and production agencies and provide clear briefs.
• Social Media & Content Management: Understand social media dynamics, coordinate engaging content creation, and work closely with external agencies and the in-house Design Lead to maintain bitaksi’s brand voice.
• PR & Influencer Coordination: Coordinate PR activities, media relations, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship projects to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Marketing Operations & Collaboration: Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, track campaign assets and deliverables, and work closely with Growth, Product, and Performance teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Trend & Competitor Tracking: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies (including AI tools in creative production), and competitive activities to keep our communications fresh.
• Production Coordination: Coordinate creative and video production workflows with internal teams and external production partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
