About the Role

We are looking for a People Partnering Executive who will take ownership of key People initiatives, turn organizational needs into structured projects, and work closely with leaders and teams across bitaksi.

In this role, you will combine strong project management capabilities with an analytical and organizational development mindset. You will lead strategic People projects from idea to implementation and use data to generate actionable insights. You will also help us continuously improve the way we manage performance, develop our organization, and shape the employee experience.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building and improving, brings structure to complex problems, and takes ownership from idea to measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead People projects end-to-end, turning organizational needs into well-structured initiatives and driving them from planning through implementation and impact measurement.
• Drive organizational development initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent practices, employee experience, and ways of working.
• Own the adoption of AI within the People function — identifying where AI can improve our processes, tools, and decision-making, and driving that transformation end-to-end.
• Turn People data into actionable insights by conducting workforce analyses and monitoring key metrics such as headcount, turnover, retention, employee performance, and organizational trends.
• Own Bitaksi's employer branding agenda, developing and executing initiatives that strengthen our employer brand and bring our Employee Value Proposition to life.
• Partner with leaders and teams to understand organizational needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into practical and scalable People solutions.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in People & Culture / Human Resources, preferably with experience in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, People Analytics, or HR Project Management.
• Strong project management skills, with proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Experience in designing, improving, or implementing People processes and systems.
• Solid knowledge of organizational development and performance management practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with workforce data, identify patterns, and translate insights into meaningful actions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with leaders across different functions.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, set priorities, and turn them into clear action plans.
• A proactive and ownership-driven mindset with a strong focus on execution and follow-through.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-moving technology environment where priorities and organizational needs evolve.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in English.
