Çalık Enerji is operating in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Iraq and Senegal with its 3 fields of activity; EPC Contracting Operations, Distribution-Retail and Renewable Energy Investments.
We are looking for a Site Contract Executive to be considered for our international projects.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
- Proven experience (7+ years) in contract management, specifically in EPC power plant projects and preferably within a consortium or collaborative project structure.
- Strong understanding of local and international contract terms and regulations, scheduling and overall project implementation methods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Full professional proficiency in Turkish and English is required; working knowledge of Polish will be considered a strong advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as required
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee EPC contract’ and other subcontract agreements in alignment with project goals and consortium standards.
- Monitor and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with terms, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and local regulatory standards.
- Handle contract-related queries, official letters, variations, claims, and disputes, escalating issues as needed
- Maintain comprehensive records of all contract-related documentation and communication
- Identify and evaluate potential contractual risks, providing solutions in collaboration with project teams
- Assist in advising project teams on their contractual rights and obligations, ensuring a clear understanding of potential liabilities
- Support effective communication between internal teams, consortium partner and external stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution
- Provide detailed reports and updates to Head Office Contract Department and Project Management team regarding project status and contract administration.
