We are looking for a " HR Business Partner" in Çalık Enerji Headquarters located in Istanbul.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university, MBA and master’s degree in HR Management would be an asset,
  • Minimum 4 years of HR Experience; preferably in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Career Management and Recruitment,
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications & SAP HR & SAP SuccessFactors,
  • Proactive, result oriented and self-motivated,
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills,
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities,
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


Job description

  • Be responsible of all HR processes within responsible accounts (from recruitment process, orientation process, talent management to exit process and HR reporting etc.)
  • Working with leaders to define team and organizational development needs to design and facilitate delivery of solutions and analyzing various HR metrics, providing reports, presentations on a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Understanding the business drivers, strategies and functions as a strategic partner to the business and building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels and working very closely with line managers
  • Active role in SAP Success Factors Implementation Project and within related HR projects,
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes, strong follow-up and reporting,
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues,
  • Support and active contribution to internal communication plan.
