Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a Turkmenistan ;

Qualifications;

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in fertilizer factory, large scale power generation, petrochemical or similar facilities.

· Fluent in English, knowledge of Russian is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, piping systems, and auxiliary mechanical components.

· Experience in mechanical troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication is a plus.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to think analytically.

· Strong adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards.

· Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines.

· Identifying equipment failures and managing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

· Managing, coordinating, and training the maintenance team.

· Monitoring infrastructure maintenance and repairs at the factory and managing spare parts inventory.

· Preparing and controlling the maintenance budget.

· Ensuring maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Preparing relevant reports and providing regular feedback to upper management.
