Legal Compliance Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law,
- 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles,
- Strong understanding of national and international compliance standards,
- Excellent communication and analytical skills,
- Fluency in English; additional languages are plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Having interest and experience in regulatory and compliance matters,
- Possessing knowledge in analyzing and assessing compliance risks or sanctions,
- Conducting comprehensive work on the Compliance Program and preparing related procedures and policy documents,
- Providing training and awareness sessions to employees on ethics and compliance topics,
- Managing and monitoring the process of the Personal Data Protection Law, including handling VERBIS registrations and reporting,
- Working on ethical principles, ethics hotline, and compliance policy documents,
- Tracking legislative changes and informing companies accordingly,
- Supporting departments in preparing internal documents such as contracts, procedures, and policy texts,
- Responding to Due Diligence (DD) questionnaires and preparing company documentation.
