Finance Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen to support financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Develop and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, HR, and senior leadership on financial planning.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and support profitability improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial advisors when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
