Joining us as a Tech Recruiter Intern, you will drive our growth efforts in hiring Software Engineers and Tech Talents across some of the best Tech Companies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes (sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms, conducting interviews, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Support the screening process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Update and maintain candidate databases and reports
- Provide general support to the recruitment team in daily tasks
Requirements
- Undergraduate student, available to work 3–4 days per week
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Familiarity with technical recruitment or technical terminology is a big plus
