Global Supply Chain Transformation & Data Analytics Specialist / Senior Specialist
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion in line with business objectives, scope, and timelines,
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, and action trackers,
- Coordinate business, IT, and other relevant teams throughout the project lifecycle,
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely corrective actions,
- Organize project meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates, ensuring clear decisions, ownership, and follow-up,
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and executive updates,
- Support digital transformation, ERP/SAP, automation, and process improvement initiatives,
- Coordinate system implementation phases, including requirements, testing/UAT, data migration, training, go-live, and post-go-live support,
- Maintain project documentation, key decisions, deliverables, and lessons learned,
- Contribute to the improvement of project management standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline,
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in end-to-end project management,
- Experience in digital transformation, ERP/SAP, process improvement, automation, or technology-related projects,
- Knowledge of project management methodologies; experience with Agile and/or Waterfall is preferred,
- Ability to manage multiple projects, including plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items,
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at different levels,
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills,
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools is a plus,
- Good command of written and spoken English.
