Financial Systems Assistant Specialist
What You'll Be Doing?
- Support the daily operations and continuous improvement of financial systems and ERP applications.
- Assist in managing and optimizing financial processes within SAP and other financial applications.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other business teams to identify system requirements and support process improvements.
- Explore opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to improve financial processes.
- Participate in financial digitalization, AI-driven initiatives, automation, and system integration projects.
- Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new system functionalities and enhancements.
- Assist in analyzing system-related issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating resolution processes.
- Support data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation to support business operations.
Who We're Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, MIS or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in financial systems, ERP applications, business analysis or related areas.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies, with a passion for exploring their practical applications in business processes.
- Curiosity about AI-powered tools and a willingness to leverage technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Familiarity with SAP, particularly FI/CO modules, is a plus.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
