Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and management of all local and international direct materials, service and strategic procurement processes (alternative sourcing, supplier selection/evaluation, proposal receiving/evaluation, contract monitoring)
• Working in coordination with internal stakeholders (Budget Control, Planning, Accounting/Finance, Quality) to make purchases at the most appropriate quality and price, to identify new/alternative sources, to ensure that the demands specified in the procurement plan are met on time, to ensure that supplier payments are made according to the optimum cash flow plan,
• Tracking orders in coordination with the logistics department,
• Carrying out the necessary price negotiations with the determined sources, recording the transactions on the SAP system, following up the approval process and the necessary operational procedures for the delivery of orders on time, in the desired quality and quantity (shipment tracking, compliance of loading documents, payment process),
• Analysis of past unit prices, labor, material and total cost of ownership. Monitoring related commodity and material markets,
• Making and following up procurement process improvement action plans.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from university departments such as Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering (MBA or MBA is preferred)
• 10 years of experience in technical material and service procurement in contracting companies,
• Mechanical and electrical project design and workload calculations,
• Able to carry out all procurement transactions including tender / order / contract transactions in line with projects, surveys and other technical requests,
• Experienced in unit price and cost analysis,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Autocad and SAP usage.Successful in human relations, strong negotiation skills,
• Good command of English,
