Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify, prepare, and manage claims, including variations, delays, and extensions of time.
- Liaise with project teams, legal advisors, and clients on contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project budgets, and schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation for all claims and contractual communications.
- Support dispute resolution and negotiations.
- Monitor risk and provide contractual advice to project managers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering disciplines, law or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in contract and claims management in construction.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC or other standard contract forms.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and MS Office.
