Field Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of coordination between engineering teams and site execution.
• Lead the review and implementation of engineering methods, technical procedures, and method statements for all construction activities.
• Ensure compliance of site activities with approved design documents, codes, and standards.
• Oversee technical field support for marine works, LNG terminal facilities, and supporting infrastructure.
• Facilitate resolution of technical issues arising during construction, especially in marine piling, concrete works, and structural elements.
• Support construction progress by ensuring timely design clarifications and approvals.
• Interface with the Employer’s engineering and supervision representatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of field-based engineering coordination experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in marine construction, preferably including LNG terminals or offshore platforms.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site engineering and approval processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English; Preferably in Polish
• Full-time site-based presence in Gdańsk.
