We are currently seeking for a Telecommunication Works Manager to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland, as part of a consortium delivering prestigious Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) Terminal Project, an international energy investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of offshore telecommunications scope including PAGA, CCTV, UHF/VHF radio, data networks, satellite comms, fiber optics and SCADA interfaces
• Review and approve telecom installation procedures, method statements and integration plans
• Supervise telecom subcontractors and offshore installation teams, ensuring timely and quality execution
• Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, IT and marine systems teams to manage interfaces
• Oversee pre-commissioning, testing and commissioning activities for all telecom systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/NEC/ISO standards and classification society rules
• Monitor progress, manage punch lists and support the preparation of as-built documentation
• Provide technical support to the project team and resolve site issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years experience in telecom systems installation and commissioning, with at least 3 years on offshore projects
• Strong understanding of offshore telecom systems, structured cabling and system integration
• Familiar with international standards (e.g., IEC, ITU, IMO, DNV, ABS) and hazardous area requirements (ATEX/IECEx)
• Experience working with EPC contractors, offshore installation vessels and system vendors
• Strong leadership, coordination and communication skills
