Commissioning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement commissioning execution plans, procedures, and system completion strategies.

* Lead the commissioning team offshore and coordinate activities with engineering, construction, HSE, and operations teams.

* Manage mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of systems including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and process.

* Oversee the preparation and tracking of commissioning dossiers, punch lists, test records, and handover documentation.

* Ensure all commissioning activities comply with project HSE and quality standards.

* Interface with vendors, subcontractors, and client representatives for testing and functional checks.

* Report commissioning progress, readiness, and performance to senior management.

* Support performance testing and early operations if applicable.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

* 10+ years experience in commissioning roles, with at least 5 years in offshore construction or oil & gas projects.

* Strong knowledge of offshore systems, including topsides, subsea, utility, process, and safety systems.

* Familiar with system completion tools

* Proven leadership and coordination skills in multi-disciplinary teams.

* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
