We are seeking a BIM Information Lead to be assigned to Gap Construction Headquarter.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in BIM management and implementation.
• BIM leadership in project management processes.
• Advanced use of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Dynamo software.
• Experience in Common Data Environment (CDE) management.
• Knowledge of international standards such as ISO 19650.
• Knowledge and experience in 3D, 4D, 5D modeling processes.
• Experience in preparing and managing BIM Execution Plan.
• Team management, coordination and leadership skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of English.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading BIM projects and managing BIM processes.
• Identify and implement BIM objectives and strategies in projects.
• Ensure BIM coordination between project teams and disciplines.
• Audit BIM models for accuracy, consistency and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance on data sharing, modeling standards and process improvements within the scope of BIM management.
• Providing technical support related to BIM processes.
• To identify software and tools suitable for BIM processes and manage the implementation process.
• Support 3D, 4D and 5D modeling processes.
• To prepare BIM Execution Plan and ensure its implementation in projects.
• Ensuring that BIM models and data work in an integrated manner with other disciplines in the project process.
• Provide training to project teams on BIM processes and software and ensure their development
