Sales and Business Development Specialist
Hirex is a fast-growing Applicant Tracking System and onboarding platform for modern HR teams. We help companies run hiring and onboarding in a smoother, more structured way, and give candidates a better experience along the way.
We are hiring a Sales and Business Development Specialist to own revenue growth and help us scale internationally. This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with the founders, run deals end to end, and help build the way Hirex sells.
What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, run discovery and demo calls, and close deals. You are responsible for hitting targets.
- Drive consistent growth through focused outbound, good follow-up, and high-quality conversations.
- Set up and improve our pipeline, outreach, follow-ups, proposals, and closing process.
- Explain Hirex in a clear way and connect it to real customer outcomes.
- Use and improve our outbound and CRM setup (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay, or similar).
- Partner with the co-founders on deals, pricing, positioning, and sales decisions.
- Help with market research, lead sourcing, and early international go-to-market experiments.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role tied to revenue.
- Interest or experience in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable doing outbound and handling objections in a helpful, consultative way.
- Strong written and spoken English, comfortable working with international customers.
- Familiar with CRMs and sales tools, or motivated to learn quickly.
- Clear and direct communication, with empathy.
- High ownership and fast execution. You take initiative and close loops.
- Enjoys startup pace, ambiguity, and building things from scratch.
