AI usage is a key part of how we work. We evaluate candidates based on the following levels:
L0 — Transactional ❌ (not acceptable)
- Uses ChatGPT / Gemini only as a search engine
- No real integration into daily workflows
L1 — Augmented (Copilot) ❌ (not acceptable)
- Uses AI for drafting emails or partial slides
- Does not handle multi-step workflows
L2 — Agentic ✅ (minimum bar)
- Delegates multi-step tasks to AI agents
- Automates reporting and operational workflows
- Works with tools like Claude + SQL for analysis
- Validates outputs before using or sending
L3 — Spec-driven 🚀 (target within 6 months)
- Orchestrates end-to-end workflows via AI (discovery → config → run → QA → communication)
- Designs structured processes powered by AI
- Builds internal tools, prompts, or workflows used by others
