About Role
As a Technical Consultant at Invent.ai, you will serve as a key technical expert during client implementation and ongoing service. Your responsibilities will include managing data integration workstreams, leading technical discussions with client IT teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable data integration between client systems and our solution.
What You Will Do
- Act as the technical lead in implementation projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data integrations.
- Manage your own technical workstreams while closely collaborating with clients, internal engineers, and project managers.
- Lead and participate in technical workshops with client IT teams to define data requirements, integration specifications, and system architecture.
- Oversee data onboarding processes-including data mapping, validation, transformation, and ingestion into the platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, proactively resolving technical, data quality, or performance issues.
- Provide support for existing customer integrations, including debugging legacy workflows and improving reliability.
- Investigate complex technical challenges and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term solutions.
- Document data specifications, integration workflows, and technical processes for both internal and client-facing use.
- Continuously improve implementation practices, integration standards, and automation opportunities.
- Share project updates, risks, and optimization ideas with your Team Lead and key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data integration, implementation engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of ETL workflows, data modeling for both inbound & outbound, file-based data exchanges (SFTP, CSV, JSON), and relational databases.
- Experience working with client IT teams, leading technical conversations, and translating requirements into actionable tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and enterprise data infrastructure.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
