About Role

The Delivery Manager will guide and oversee the seamless implementation of invent.ai solutions for clients. The successful candidate will excel at delivering projects on time and on-budget while fostering high-performing teams.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure project delivery adhering to company standards.
• Lead and nurture a high-performing consulting team.
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new opportunities.
• Oversee project management to meet quality, time, and budget goals.
• Provide leadership and expert insights to add value to both internal and external clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to support product solution design and implementation.
• Monitor, guide, and improve team performance.
• Participate in talent recruitment and professional development initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in consultancy with leadership roles.
• 5+ years of delivery / programme management on enterprise data / analytics / SaaS implementations.
• Demonstrated AI Maturity at L2 or above — evidence of multi-step agentic workflows you personally built in the last 6 months.
• Hands-on fluency with Claude (Claude Code, skills, MCP), Cursor or equivalent, and one BI / query tool; can read and edit PySpark or SQL
• Comfortable running a customer steerco and defending a delivery plan under pressure.
• 5+ years in Retail/Planning/Merchandising project or business experience required.
• BS/MS in industrial engineering or related.
• Expertise in project management, team leadership, and client collaboration.
• Experience in SQL, R or Python, is a plus.

AI Maturity Framework

We evaluate and develop everyone against a four-level AI maturity framework:

L0 — Transactional: Uses ChatGPT/Gemini only as a search engine. Not the level we hire at.

L1 — Copilot / Augmented: Uses AI to draft emails / partial slides but not multi-step delivery workflows.

L2 — Agentic Development: Delegates multi-step tasks to AI agents; automates status reports; triages runs with Claude + SQL; validates outputs before sending. Our standard target.

L3 — Spec-Driven: Orchestrates an end-to-end implementation engine: discovery → config → runs → QA → comms via AI. Owns 2+ internal skills / plugins used by peers.

AI-First Requirements

At Invent.ai we run AI-augmented delivery. This role requires a professional who has built AI-driven workflows that compress implementation cycles — not someone who only "chats with AI” You will operate at AI Maturity Level L2 (Agentic Development) from Day 1 and progress to L3 (Spec-Driven Delivery) within six months. You must bring a track record of:

• Orchestrating multi-step agentic workflows across project management, communication and data tools — Claude skills, MCP connectors, Cursor, Gemini — to automate status reporting, risk tracking, meeting follow-ups and customer updates;
• Building and maintaining your own prompt library and at least two custom skills, plugins or internal agents for recurring delivery tasks;
• Running a rigorous Human-in-the-Loop validation process on every AI-generated artefact that reaches a customer.

“I use Cursor” or ”I use ChatGPT” is not a sufficient answer. You will be asked which AI tools and workflows you added to your delivery stack in the last 30 days — and the 30 days before that — and how they changed your team’s output.

• Lead your client’s AI transformation conversation — explain agentic delivery, MCP and our AI-first roadmap with confidence.
• Continuously adopt new AI tools; your monthly AI-tool adoption and token consumption are tracked as delivery KPIs.
