About Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of experience to support our marketing, sales, and brand teams with high-quality visual assets. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who is comfortable working from established brand guidelines and delivering polished, professional design across presentations, digital assets, and video.
The designer will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams in the U.S. and Europe, so fluent English and strong communication skills are essential.
Must be able to work U.S. East Coast hours when necessary to support sales and marketing team members based in North America. The position is based in Turkey (remote). Occasional in-office presence in Istanbul is required.
This role sits within the marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager.
What You Will Do
- Follow brand guidelines to maintain high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides for marketing, sales, product, client success, and other cross-functional teams, including templates, layouts, and visual enhancements
- Create digital assets such as marketing and sales materials (brochures, case studies, white papers), display and social ads, social graphics (posts, banners, video), and website and campaign imagery
- Produce and adapt designs using Canva for scalable, repeatable use across teams
- Edit and support short-form video content for marketing, sales, and events
- Work with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop; Illustrator and Premiere Pro are a plus)
- Apply and consistently follow brand guidelines across all assets
- Prepare files for digital use, presentations, and basic print needs
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn briefs into clear visual outputs
- Manage multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Think outside the box to develop new and creative content beyond initial requests from cross-functional teams
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro are a plus)
- Strong expertise in Canva
- Video editing experience
- Experience creating presentation decks, digital ads and campaign visuals, marketing and sales assets, and basic video edits or motion content
- Fluent English (spoken and written); must be comfortable working with English-language assets and collaborating with English-speaking teams
- Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to take direction, work from briefs, and execute efficiently
- Comfortable working remotely and aligning with U.S. East Coast working hours

Nice to have
- Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or technology companies
- Familiarity with brand systems and template creation
- Light motion graphics or animation experience
- Experience supporting fast-paced marketing teams
What this role is not
- This is not a copywriting role; however, the designer must be able to work confidently with English copy and layouts
- This is not a senior or strategic design leadership position; the role is execution-focused and hands-on
- This role is not a UX/UI or product designer; it is a marketing role.
