Senior Supply Chain AI Manager(s) (Miami Beach, FL)

Plan, initiate and manage Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technology projects of the breakthrough technologies in supply chain and inventory data analytics to ensure fast analytical solutions for retail and manufacturing business clients. Lead and guide the work of machine learning engineers, data scientists, software developers, and product teams. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of the product. Plan release stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure release quality, release timeline, and cost targets are met.

The successful candidates will be:

• Manage the IT projects for AI/Data Analytics driven prediction and optimization

system development to ensure adherence to delivery quality, budget, schedule, and

scope of the technology solution based on our Supply Chain AI product

• Create and prepare IT project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing

information and trends

• Network and contact, and communicate with potential customers for new projects

• Confer with data scientists in the project team to identify and resolve problems of each

project to maintain sustained expansion of the technology solutions •

• Monitor and track the service projects milestones and deliverables by preparing the

regular project status reports and presenting them to customers.

• Submit AI-based analytics project results to the management to ensure implementation

and quality standards for SaaS solution.

• Assess current or future customers' technology needs, strategies, and problems by

communicating directly with customers, conducting meetings, or other methods.

• Manage and assign work to Product Teams’ members to build a Product Roadmap to

address technology needs, collect data and information for project status, proposals,

and technical issues in system design and maintenance.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent is acceptable) in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Information Technology Company in Artificial Intelligence Data Analytics as a Data Scientist. 5 years’ experience must include conducting and leading data analytics/AI products, projects and solution for supply chain and inventory management, inventory optimization methodologies, retail inventory dynamics, hands-on time series forecasting, machine learning models such as prophet, xgb by utilizing R, Python or similar data analytics tools, and Pyspark, Apache Airflow, SQL.
