About Role

As a CX Manager, you will be responsible for supporting clients and the consulting team. The position requires functioning as an integrator between business needs and analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

  • BSc / MSc degree from a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, and Statistics. MBA is an asset
  • Minimum of 10 years professional experience in consulting manager and/or related role
  • Experience with SQL and databases as well as statistical packages in R, Python is a big plus
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Experience with agile methods as Kanban and Scrum is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks potentially with conflicting timescales, prioritizing appropriately and escalating where there are significant issues
  • The ability to build strong, effective working relationships at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
  • Competence in analyzing client timelog data to inform strategies and improve relationships
  • Appreciation of team spirit
  • Fluent in English

What You Will Do:

  • Manage priorities and assignments of the client excellence team task backlog
  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
  • Occasional client onsite visits, based on business needs
  • Participate in day-to-day client relationships at peer-client levels
  • Help team in utilizing frameworks to design and transform processes and functions impacted by supply chain planning and execution
  • Support team in designing demand-driven supply chain solutions via our methodologies
  • Lead demand/supply planning solution implementation
  • Aid analytics team in analyzing and improving forecasting and optimization algorithms/solutions
  • Prepare engagement deliverables and presentations
  • Expand the Invent client engagement by promoting our solutions and assisting in proposal development
