About Role

As a Client Excellence Manager at Invent.ai, you will lead client relationships and ensure the success of our advanced AI-based retail inventory management solutions. You will bring a deep expertise in retail forecasting, allocation, replenishment, and inventory optimization, and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders. You will lead client engagements post-implementation, manage a team of data scientists, and run agile sprints to continuously deliver business value and drive adoption. This role bridges client needs with analytics solutions, enabling retailers to achieve measurable outcomes with our software.

What You Will Do

• Own overall client success post-implementation, ensuring satisfaction, value realization, and long-term retention
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and senior leaders
• Lead the Client Excellence team’s sprints and backlog to deliver prioritized work for each client
• Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, providing leadership, direction, and coaching
• Conduct analysis and diagnosis of client issues, guiding resolution and driving continuous improvement
• Advise clients on best practices in demand forecasting, allocation, replenishment, and inventory management
• Facilitate regular client review sessions (Quarterly Business Reviews)
• Partner with analytics and product teams to refine and improve forecasting, replenishment, and optimization product capabilities/features
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and reports for client executives
• Identify opportunities for account growth and work with Sales and Product teams to drive expansion
• Help evolve and enhance Invent.ai’s Client Excellence methodologies
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail inventory management, specifically in forecasting, allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or inventory optimization - at a retailer, retail consulting firm, or software company
• BSc / MSc in a quantitative field (Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics); MBA is a plus
• Strong client-facting experience - able to build trusted relationships and manage senior stakeholders
• Proven leadership experience managing sprint-based delivery teams (Agile, Kanban, or Scrum)
• Experience managing or mentoring data scientists or analytics team members
• Familiarity with SQL, database, and tools such as Python is a plus
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - comfortable leading executive-level discussions
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to account growth strategy
• Fluent in English
