Product Marketing Manager - B2B SAAS
Kaizen Technology is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building loyalty and engagement platforms that drive measurable user behavior and business growth.
Operating across Istanbul and London, we work with leading brands such as Anadolu Efes, Ferrero, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola, reaching over 15 million users through our platforms.
As we expand into global markets, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in shaping how we bring our product to market and scale globally.
Role Overview:
You will act as the bridge between Product and Sales, owning the full journey from strategy → execution → business impact.
· Define and continuously evolve Kaizen’s go-to-market and positioning strategy
· Turn complex product capabilities into clear, actionable use-cases
· Ensure these use-cases are consistently executed across website, sales, and marketing channels
· Drive measurable impact by connecting strategy → execution → revenue
You will be responsible for making sure that Kaizen’s positioning is not just defined — but visible, consistent, and effective across every interaction point.
What You’ll Do:
Go-To-Market Strategy: Define and own Kaizen’s B2B SaaS GTM strategy, including ICP, segmentation, and positioning aligned with revenue goals.
Positioning & Messaging: Develop and evolve clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions.
Productization & Use-Case Design: Translate platform capabilities into clear, verticalized growth use-cases and repeatable playbooks that drive adoption.
Execution: Ensure product positioning is consistently executed across all customer-facing channels (website, campaigns, sales assets), leading agencies and freelancers with clear direction, briefs, and feedback to maintain high-quality, consistent messaging.
Sales Enablement & Storytelling: Build compelling demo narratives and sales materials that translate product into clear business value.
Demand Generation (Product-Led): Drive pipeline growth through product-led demand generation strategies rooted in use-cases.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and internal / external parties by aligning teams around a unified narrative.
Performance & Impact: Measure and optimize GTM effectiveness through pipeline, win rate, and message-market fit.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, Product Marketing, Strategy, or similar roles
Proven experience in GTM strategy and execution
Strong ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling use-cases
Experience working closely with Sales teams to drive commercial impact
Ability to connect strategy with execution across multiple channels
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, buyer journeys, and value-based messaging
Comfortable taking a hands-on approach to content and messaging when needed, especially in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign execution, and insight generation
Solid understanding of digital fundamentals including SEO, website optimization, and performance tracking
Fluent in English
