About the Role
Intern will work closely with the Product team and collaborate with software development, design, and testing teams throughout the development of our B2B SaaS products. You will take part in user needs analysis, product documentation, and feature development workflows — gaining hands-on experience in a real, fast-paced SaaS product environment. Previous internship or project experience in SaaS products will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to user story creation and backlog management processes
• Take part in research to better understand user needs
• Help prepare product documentation (e.g., PRDs, user flows)
• Participate in cross-functional communication and coordination
• Observe and actively contribute to product development processes
Qualifications
• 3rd or 4th year student in a relevant field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.)
• Interested in digital products and technology
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Takes ownership and is eager to learn
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Able to read and understand English
• Prior experience in product, UX/UI, or project-based work (internship or personal projects) is a plus
