At Koton, we don’t just set fashion trends we redefine how people grow, engage and thrive at work. We are looking for a International Finance Executive who will play a pivotal role in building inspiring development journeys and positioning Koton as a top employer in the fashion industry.

In this dynamic role, you will lead impactful initiatives across our headquarters, retail and logistics teams while also supporting our global organization designing learning strategies that unlock employee potential and crafting a bold employer brand narrative that reflects who we are and where we’re going.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international finance, including financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, and cross-border financial operations,
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing, budgeting, and reporting processes,
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
• Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-country finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly closing files prepared for overseas subsidiaries and ensure their accuracy,
• Coordinate the financial information flow between Turkiye and international subsidiaries,
• Verify and reconcile financial data using supporting documentation,
• Collaborate with the Budget and Reporting Department to prepare Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and General Expense Budgets,
• Lead financial audit processes for international subsidiaries,
• Define, implement, and communicate financial standards and procedures across countries,
• Provide training and guidance to finance teams and external accounting partners,
• Ensure compliance of international financial operations with corporate policies and procedures,
• Contribute to the organizational structuring and efficiency of the International Finance Department,
• Take an active role in new country entries, including the selection and coordination of outsourced accounting firms.
