What You’ll Do

• Analyze the expectations and needs of the target customer group and ensure the development of collections accordingly.
• Analyze price structures that are sensitive to the customer while ensuring that the collections achieve the targeted profit margins.
• Develop and manage the range plan for the assigned category.
• Develop collections on time, at the right price points, and with the expected quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree from a relevant field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the denim industry is preferred.
• Good command of English.
• Strong interest in fashion and knowledge of the collection development process.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience in production, sourcing, planning, and pricing processes.
• Ability to follow up on orders and production processes and ensure timely delivery and expected quality standards from manufacturers.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with existing suppliers and research new sources for new products.
• Solution-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
