What You’ll Do

• Take responsibility for creating and preparing store and department performance scorecards on a monthly basis within the scope of performance measurement,
• Work together with IT teams during the digitalization process of performance scorecards,
• Obtain data sources from the database and design reports using Power BI throughout this process,
• Monitor performance scorecards periodically and prepare analyses that contribute to decision-making and action-taking processes,
• Ensure consistency between the performance management system and the performance scorecards.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduated from Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or similardepartments of universities,
• Advanced use of Excel and Power BI,
• Knowledge of databases and SQL,
• Strong analytical and reporting skills,
• Ability to read and interpret complex data, with strong analytical thinking, quick problemsolving, decision-making, and the ability to work independently,
• Able to work together with different units and teamwork.
