What You’ll Do
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company-wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Ensure the effective implementation and organization-wide adoption of risk management methodologies in line with international standards such as COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
• Manage the identification, assessment, prioritization, and monitoring of strategic, financial, and operational risks.
• Maintain the corporate risk inventory and monitor mitigation plans and actions for critical risks.
• Partner with business functions to assess key risks and existing controls, identify gaps, and define improvement actions.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and KPIs to ensure effective risk oversight.
• Assess the organization’s risk management maturity and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment and integration of risk management activities with internal control, internal audit, and business continuity practices.
• Prepare regular risk reports and management insights for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen risk awareness and risk culture across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 12+ years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance, internal audit, internal control, or risk-related consulting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization and drive risk ownership and accountability across business functions.
• Experience in building or significantly enhancing an enterprise risk management function, including risk governance, methodologies, processes, and reporting structures, from the ground up is strongly preferred.
• Results-oriented, adaptable to change, and able to communicate complex risk topics clearly and effectively.
• Preferably experienced in risk management within retail, multi-location, and/or international organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), COSO ERM, ISO 31000, risk assessment methodologies and risk inventory management.
• Experience in KRI design, risk appetite/tolerance frameworks, risk monitoring, internal control, and business continuity management.
• Professional certifications such as CRMA, CIA, CISA, ISO 31000 Risk Manager, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong data analysis and risk reporting capabilities; proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Power BI or other risk reporting/visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong proficiency in English.
