We are looking for an “HR Executive" to join our team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Job Description
• Manage end-to-end HR operations for stores and Head Office within the country organization,
• Conduct recruitment processes for store and office positions, including job posting, candidate follow-up, reference checks and offer processes,
• Manage workforce planning, personnel budgets and norm staff structures in line with personnel expense targets,
• Monitor and control personnel cost budgets, take necessary actions in case of deviations,
• Support and coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with payroll and finance teams,
• Monitor store turnover rates regularly and take necessary actions to improve employee retention,
• Conduct regular store visits, maintain close communication with employees and follow up improvement actions,
• Coordinate onboarding and New Comer trainings for newly opened stores,
• Conduct performance evaluation processes for stores and Head Office employees on time,
• Support KPI setting processes in coordination with Turkey Functional Departments,
• Manage bonus calculation processes accurately and on time,
• Ensure HR legal processes are managed in line with Labor Law and minimize potential risks,
• Manage career management processes such as promotion, rotation, assignment and backup planning,
• Prepare and follow HR reports such as personnel lists, turnover reports and permanent track reports,
• Support organizational development, competency management, employee engagement and culture initiatives,
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications
• University degree,
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in retail operations,
• Good command of English,
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, budgeting, payroll and HR operations,
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Strong planning, organization and coordination skills,
• Strategic and analytical thinking mindset,
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities,
• Good time management and problem-solving skills,
• Willingness to travel regularly for store visits.
