QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or within a Center of Expertise (CoE) in a multinational or corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement and offboarding.
- Proven ability to partner with business leaders, understand business priorities and translate them into effective people solutions.
- Solid knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and contemporary HR practices.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance employee experience and business needs.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the trusted HR Business Partner for Head Office functions, providing strategic and operational HR support aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end people processes, including onboarding, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, succession planning and offboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, capability and business performance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a high-performance, collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant HR practices.
- Manage organizational changes, internal mobility, promotions and appointment processes in line with business needs.
- Analyze workforce data, HR metrics and organizational trends to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Labour Law, internal policies and corporate HR standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies and employee experience while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations) to deliver integrated HR solutions and a consistent employee experience.
