We are a Strategic Finance Manager who will partner closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial direction. This role drives strategic decision-making through rigorous analytics, forward‐looking financial planning, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related,
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting & reporting, or external audit (preferably with at least 2+ years of team),
- Strong ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations,
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills,
- Highly analytical and detail oriented with experience handling large data sets,
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to deliver clear, executive-level insights,
- Strong command of English.
Job Description
- Provide financial perspectives to growth, investment, pricing, channel and product strategies,
- Analyze and interpret monthly performance of assigned business units and present clear insights to management,
- Lead mid- and long-term financial planning processes,
- Build scenario analyses and financial models to guide strategic choices,
- Manage end-to-end budgeting and forecasting for the company and business units,
- Monitor revenue, cost, profitability and cash flow to deliver actionable recommendations,
- Identify risks and opportunities, and communicate findings to senior management,
- Safeguard accuracy and consistency of KPIs across the organization,
- Promote financial literacy and strengthen cross-functional collaboration,
- Act as a trusted business partner between Finance and other functions,
- Support continuous enhancement of risk management and financial control mechanisms.
