⭐️ About the Role:

We’re looking for a Virality & Content Marketing Intern who is obsessed with why some content explodes and some doesn’t.

At Madduck, we don’t just run ads — we engineer growth loops.

You’ll be working closely with our growth team to analyze, create, and scale viral content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

If you find yourself constantly saving viral videos, analyzing hooks, or thinking “why did this go viral?” — this role is for you.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Analyze viral content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Break down hooks, storytelling patterns, and emotional triggers
• Generate content ideas based on trends, Reddit insights, and user language
• Assist in scripting and structuring UGC-style ad creatives
• Work with performance data (CTR, CVR, Hook Rate) to understand what works
• Support testing of new creative concepts for mobile apps
• Help build a repeatable virality playbook

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Deep interest in social media trends & viral content
• Strong curiosity about human psychology & attention
• Good sense of copywriting and storytelling
• Analytical mindset (you don’t just watch content, you decode it)
• Willingness to test, fail, and iterate fast
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• 3rd or 4th year student in Communication, Design, or related fields
• Availability to work at least 3 days per week
• Strong communication skills
• Team player mindset
• Active user of social media platforms

➕ Bonus Points

• Experience creating content on TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Basic understanding of performance marketing (CTR, CPA, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut or mobile editing apps
• Interest in AI tools for content creation
