WE NEED YOU TO HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, MIS, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a digital or technology-focused environment
• Experience working in agile teams with product development lifecycles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think both strategically and tactically
• Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, effective product solutions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
• Hands-on experience with AI product development, including understanding the AI development process and collaboration with data science teams
• Knowledge of AI agents, their use cases, and the ability to differentiate between traditional automation vs. AI-driven solutions
• Fluency in English is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER

• Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels
