Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business analysis and process design efforts for Customer Application Modernization initiatives.
• Translate customer behavior, business needs, and market insights into clear, actionable product and process requirements.
• Design user flows, screens, and integration touchpoints while working closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams.
• Break down complex requirements into well-structured user stories, define MVP scope, and support iterative product development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle—ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Conduct functional testing and coordinate UAT to ensure features meet both business goals and customer expectations.
• Validate end-user outcomes post-launch and ensure the delivered product continually addresses business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Mathematics).
• 10+ years of hands-on business analysis experience in the banking domain, ideally with exposure to technical analysis and architectural modernization projects.
• Strong understanding of customer-facing applications and digital customer journeys.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, advanced SQL skills, and the ability to perform data-driven analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
