Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to application modernization through technical design, development, and technology selection. Help define and enforce software quality standards
• Research and support the adoption of new-generation technologies. Participate in customer application development and technical design processes
• Develop secure, high-volume online and batch systems
• Deliver assigned projects with high quality across the software lifecycle
• Ensure smooth and reliable operation of applications in production
• Own platform performance end-to-end, including availability, monitoring, and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience, proven experience in Banking Applications and Architectural/Technology Transformation projects. Prior experience in banks or banking modernization programs
• Strong proficiency in Modern Java (Java 8+) and Spring Framework for enterprise application development.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (preferably advanced level Oracle)
• Practical experience with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Working knowledge of OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes
• Preferably familiar with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
• Preferably knowledgeable in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong passion for learning and adopting new technologies.
