We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team! WE NEED YOU TO HAVE
- 3-4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related field, preferably in a technology or digital services company.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify new business opportunities and upsell services.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide strategic solutions.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken is a must.
