Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate testing activities across projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Take an active role in task distribution, prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery of testing activities.
• Define, monitor, and continuously improve software quality processes and standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and guiding less experienced testers.
• Ensure applications meet expected functionality and business requirements through comprehensive testing.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software testing or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing (mobile and web applications).
• Proven experience in team coordination, mentoring, or leading testing efforts.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
• Experience with Agile software development practices and tools.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with relational databases and writing SQL queries for data validation.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Java or JavaScript is a plus. What We Offer
