Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and select AI tools (e.g., copilots, automation platforms) that align with business needs.
• Design and implement AI solutions that integrate with existing systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Develop training programs and materials to promote AI tool adoption across departments.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness and usage of AI tools, providing insights to the COO.
• Stay abreast of AI trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
• Proven experience in implementing AI solutions within a business environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train and support non-technical staff.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration.

Preffered Skills:

• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI implementations.
• Certifications in AI or cloud technologies are a plus.
